The UAE tops this year’s Global Knowledge Index among Arab countries. UAE is ranked 25th globally. The list was released based on various factors such as education, innovation, economy, technology, research and development.
There are 132 countries in the list including 11 Arab countries. The country achieved an average score of 58.9% across all categories of the index. This is compared to the international average of just 46.5%.

The UAE ranks first in providing technical and vocational education and training and 15th in information and communications technology.
