Uber comes with more travel booking options. From now on, Uber will be able to book air tickets, trains and buses, the company said. The option for this will be included in the Uber app soon. Currently users can only book cabs. The company said it was testing this new feature in the UK.
The company said in a statement that its goal is to transform Uber into a seamless door-to-door travel experience. Uber plans to integrate flights into the app later this year. Hotel bookings will also be made in the future. To this end, the plan is to integrate leading partners into the Uber app to create a seamless door-to-door travel experience.

Uber will not provide travel services themselves, but will collaborate with third party booking agencies to facilitate the sale of tickets and other related services. The company said it was currently only testing the feature in the UK. Uber has not disclosed whether any other countries are testing the feature.
