Former minister and senior leader Anwar Raja was abruptly sacked the night before the executive committee meeting as the AIADMK infighting erupted at a meeting of district secretaries. In this situation, a report was released last night in the name of OBS-EPS that former minister Udumalai Radhakrishnan was removed.

AIADMK Joint Secretary Babu Murugavel has lodged a complaint on behalf of the team. His complaint states that:
“On social media yesterday, Udumalai Radhakrishnan, the Tirupur Suburban West District Secretary, Udumalai legislator and former Minister of Animal Husbandry, prepared a fake letter signed by party coordinators in a party letter claiming that Udumalai Radhakrishnan had been removed from office for acting contrary to the party’s policies and principles. They have browsed a fake, untrue news.
Complain to the DGP
Shocked by this, the former minister, Udumalai K. Radhakrishnan met the Director General of Police in person and filed a complaint seeking action under IPC 153, 499, 463, 505, Information Technology Section 66A and bringing those responsible to justice.
Udumalai Radhakrishnan’s lawyers have lodged a complaint with the District Superintendent of Police today. In it, a petition was filed alleging that Arun Prasad, a former AIADMK executive from Pollachi, had fabricated false rumors about himself and spread them on social networking sites, urging action against him.
Based on this complaint, a former AIADMK member from Pollachi Komangalam was arrested. Police today registered a case against administrator Arun Prasad under three sections and arrested him.
