Uefa proceeding against Juve, Real and Barcelona

Uefa has announced the opening of disciplinary proceedings against Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona in the case of the Superlega. The decision, a note reads, was taken “following an investigation conducted by the inspectors of the Uefa Ethics and Disciplinary Committee on the so-called ‘Super League’ project”. The three clubs, the only ones who have not yet renounced their membership in the initial project, are undergoing proceedings for “a potential violation of UEFA’s legal status”.
