The University of El Salvador (UES), through social media, mourned the death of the Bachelor of Journalism Student, José Luis Bernal Santos, who today decided to take his own life.
“The University of El Salvador (UES) regrets the death of José Luis Bernal Santos, a student of the Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism at this university,” the University mentioned.
Highlighting the young man, 3 years ago he recorded a video called “A look at depression”, a short film of no more than 5 minutes that reflects what he was going through at that time.

“We are processing a suicide scene on San Antonio Abad Street, San Salvador. A homeless man, he decided to take his own life. We have restricted passage in the vicinity, while the site is processed,” the PNC indicated in preliminary data.
