The announcement was made on the official Twitter account of the Indian Embassy in Kiev. The Embassy urges all Indian citizens to leave the city immediately by available trains or by any other means available.

“We urge the European Union (EU) to recognize Ukraine immediately under a new procedure,” Selensky said in its latest video message. “We thank our partners for standing by us, but our goal is to be equal to all Europeans. I’m sure we deserve it. I’m sure it’s possible,” Selensky said.
