Kiev: President Vladimir Putin has said Russia will launch a military operation in eastern Ukraine, the Associated Press reports. Putin warned that any attempt to oppose the move would have far-reaching consequences. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a Ukrainian city, including Kiev and Kharkiv.
Satellite images show Russia moving 16 kilometers off the Ukrainian border. The new move comes 80 kilometers from the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, a private American company reported, Reuters reported.

Pictures released by the American company on Tuesday showed that Russia had deployed more than 100 military vehicles and dozens of military tents near the Ukrainian border in southern Belarus.
