Ukraine’s presidential adviser Mykhailo Podoliak said that Russia’s decision to freeze the grain export agreement is proof that all attempts at negotiations between it and Ukraine are useless and a waste of time: “Putin has turned food into a weapon against the world, Russia is waging a hybrid war against Europe, and it Took Africa and the Middle East hostage,” Podoliak tweeted on his Twitter account.
