The head of the NATO Chancellery Stian Jenssen speculated that Ukraine could join NATO in exchange for the concession of part of its territory to Russia. G20, INDIA INVITES RUSSIA AND NOT UKRAINE
India has chosen not to invite Ukraine to next month’s G20 summit in New Delhi. Eight non-member States have been invited: Bangladesh, Egypt, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Oman, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, as well as Spain, a non-member country but a permanent guest. Russia will be there. It is up to the host country to decide which non-member countries to invite each year. Ukraine had participated in the G20 in Indonesia last year and in the G7 in Japan in early 2023.
