Ukrainian emergency services have released a video denouncing a Russian missile and drone attack on the city of Dnipro in east-central Ukraine. “Several buildings of an emergency unit were damaged” and “two fires broke out,” said Sergu Lissak, governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region. During this “night attack” on the city, Russia launched “16 missiles of various types and 20 Shahed drones,” according to the Ukrainian military.
