Ukraine: President Zelensky was in a car accident in Kiev

The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky was involved in a car accident in the capital Kyiv – this was announced this morning (Thursday) by the President’s spokesman Serhii Nikiforov. According to him, the president was not seriously injured in the incident.

According to the president’s office, a car hit the presidential vehicle and Zelensky’s convoy while traveling in Kiev. Zelensky was examined by a doctor following the accident, and according to the spokesperson “he was slightly injured, but no serious injuries were found.”
