Ukraine-Russia negotiations, Moscow: “Constructive talks”

Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have been “constructive”. This was stated by the head of the Moscow delegation to the Istanbul talks, Vladimir Medinsky, specifying that the outcome will be reported to President Vladimir Putin.
