Kyiv: As Russia continues to attack Ukrainian cities for the fifth day in a row (Ukraine Crisis), talks between the two countries will begin soon. Ukraine’s President Zelensky has said that Russia’s withdrawal and ceasefire will be key talks.

Russia has threatened to cut off fuel and oil supplies to Europe in response to sanctions. European leaders have called a meeting to discuss the crisis. The image of Ukrainian President Vladimir Selensky as a brave hero defending a powerful Russia alone has skyrocketed. According to opinion polls, 90 percent of Ukrainians support his position. Six months ago, Selensky’s popularity was only thirty percent.
As the war entered its fifth day, the influx of refugees intensified. Four lakh people have already thrown everything away and reached the borders to save their lives. Romania, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Moldova have declared maximum humanitarian assistance to refugees.
