Kyiv: The deputy mayor of Ukraine has stopped the evacuation process in Mariupol. The evacuation was halted after Russian forces intensified shelling along the evacuation route.

As part of the occupation, Mariupol banned electricity, food, water and transportation. Poland has expressed concern that the number of refugees from Ukraine is on the rise. The United States has said Russia’s attack is an attack on Europe’s security. News channels BBC, CNN and Bloomberg ceased operations in Russia.
