The Ukrainian president is a regular at public speaking. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion in Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky has multiplied his statements in political assemblies, at cultural ceremonies, such as the Grammy Awards or the Cannes Film Festival, or even at American and French universities.
