Along with the ongoing fighting in full force, the Ukrainian Ambassador to Israel Yevgen Kornichuk He claimed in an interview with the media in his country that the number of anti-Ukrainian rallies funded by Russia in Israeli cities is growing.

“Support for Ukraine in Israel is only growing. It does not matter what language they speak. Most Russian-speaking Jews have left Russia, fled the totalitarian regime. Therefore, if a person came from Russia, there is no need for it to support the war against Ukraine,” Kornichuk claimed.

He said, “In Israel, there has been a recent trend of anti-Ukrainian rallies. We see events sponsored by Russian money. Such rallies are held in some cities. We saw such an event in Netanya, and last week Russian flags were raised in Haifa. Two anti-Ukrainian rallies were held in front of our embassy in Tel Aviv. “I approached these people and asked how much they were paid. Unfortunately, such rallies cannot be banned.”

At the same time, the Ukrainian embassy in Israel claimed that another humanitarian shipment in the form of 10 tons of disinfectants was delivered to Ukraine with the assistance of the embassy.
