(Ihtsham Kayani) Islamabad High Court summoned SP and SHO Shalimar yesterday on the petition filed for the recovery of former security in-charge of PTI founder Umar Sultan.
According to the details, the case of the recovery of the former security in-charge of the founder PTI Umar Sultan was heard in the Islamabad High Court. Islamabad police arrested without warrant on August 26, Umar Sultan was arrested near a petrol pump located in Sector F10 of Islamabad, an application was made in the police station for the recovery of Umar Sultan, but no action was taken, the petition requested. It has been ordered that Omar Sultan be brought before the court, ordered to provide the details of the cases and detention orders against Omar Sultan. It should be declared legal, an impartial inquiry should be ordered against keeping Umar Sultan in custody, the kidnappers should be identified and action should be taken against the involved officers. The court summoned the SP and SHO tomorrow for hearing. Postponed till tomorrow.
