UN mediator in Libya resigns one month before presidential election – Libya

This was reported by several diplomats from the UN Security Council on Tuesday. The background to the withdrawal of the Slovaks initially remained unknown. In any case, this is more than unfavorable for the peace process, as it means that hope for elections and long-term stability is dwindling again.
