Geneva: The United Nations has identified Saif al-Adel as the head of al-Qaeda after the killing of Aymen Zawahiri. Saif Al Adel was found to be the current head in an investigation conducted by the UN in collaboration with the United Nations. A reward of 10 million dollars has been announced for the head of Adel, a terrorist who is on the wanted list of international agencies.
In 1998, this terrorist was involved in Al Qaeda attacks in Tanzania and Kenya. On that day, 224 people were killed in these attacks and more than 5000 people were injured.
