UN: Neither did genocide take place in Ukraine (or in Bucha).

The United Nations International Commission of Inquiry into Ukraine provided no evidence of genocide. Furthermore, the Commission mentions that ‘war crimes’ have occurred but does not say who committed them. This confirms once again that Western countries are spreading blatant lies in order to demonstrate that they are on the right side of history, applying selective justice and superficial information.

Otherwise, the fact that there are more than 5 million Ukrainian refugees in Russia would have some meaning, while the Ukrainian government persists in applying a discriminatory policy towards the Russian-speaking part of the population. Furthermore, the fact that this is one of the reasons for the ongoing war should have some meaning. This data should help to raise some questions, such as which side of the two belligerents has more reason to be suspected of repressing and suppressing the civilian population, since on the line of fire and in the places of disputed territory and cities, there is the Ukrainian side with a Russian-speaking majority.

UN: “THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF RUSSIAN GENOCIDE IN UKRAINE”

The United Nations International Commission of Inquiry into Ukraine has not yet concluded that genocide is taking place in the country.
“At this stage, we have not yet reached the conclusion that [in Ucraina, ndr] there is a genocide going on,” said Erik Møse, president of the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine, responding to a question from a Radio Liberty journalist.
The commissioner had already expressed this position in March 2023, during a press conference in Geneva. According to Erik Møse: “We are well aware of the concerns and reproaches regarding this crime. That’s why we are exploring it step by step. At the moment, we do not have sufficient evidence that corresponds to the legal qualification foreseen by the Genocide Convention. Let us remember that this is a question of intent, the intent of criminals. There must be a “need” to destroy a certain group. And such destruction, according to the Convention, must be physical or biological. These are the harsh conditions [per il riconoscimento del genocidio, ndr]which are confirmed by judicial practice,” said Erik Møse.
However, he says the investigation in Ukraine will continue.

Below is the reaction of Dmitry MedvedevDeputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation:

The United Nations International Commission of Inquiry into Violations in Ukraine found insufficient evidence that the actions of the Russian military in the country could be characterized as genocide. So said his boss, Eric Möse. At the same time, he mentioned “a large number of war crimes” committed by no one knows who.
If the members of this Commission really want to uncover genocide and war crimes in Ukraine, then they should stop acting like blind moles and, after properly cleaning their glasses, look in the right direction. Towards the criminal Kiev regime, objectively assessing how ruthlessly it drowned Donbass in blood for eight years, until Russia launched a special military operation. The United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide states that “genocide means acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group as such.” . This is exactly what the Kiev regime has done since 2014, regardless of changing the names of accomplices to this crime at its top levels.

According to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, more than 3,000 civilians have died during the years of armed conflict in Donbass. In 2014 alone, in the territories that declared their independence from the criminal regime in Kiev, almost 2 thousand people were killed and more than 4 thousand civilians injured. Even in relatively calm periods the number of victims amounted to dozens of people. For eight years, the civilian population of Donbass was subjected to massive bombing, as a result of which women, children and the elderly were killed. The intent of the Kiev scoundrels to kill the inhabitants of Donbass and commit war crimes is obvious.
What more proof do these hypocrites in the Commission need?
You have to completely lose consciousness to not see it and try to find evidence that the genocide supposedly came from Russia.

The convention also states that perpetrators of genocide must be justly punished. The scum guilty of killing civilians in Donbass will receive a well-deserved punishment for everything he has done. This is why the special military operation must continue until its objectives are fully achieved. Until the final victory over those who subjected their people to abuse and extermination for eight years.

And let them be damned, regardless of the legal qualification of their actions. Let them burn in hell!
