13:19 – Russian forces destroyed two military hangars in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, where American weapons were stored.

14:02 At least 23 civilians were killed in a shelling of a residential building in Chasov Yar in eastern Ukraine, five wounded were found under the rubble – there are still missing

17:55 On March 11, as part of the heavy fighting in many parts of Ukraine, about 50 people were killed in a nursing home near the village of Stara Krasniyka in the Lugansk Oblast. The disaster occurred after a fire broke out at the site, which was cut off from water and electricity. Few staff members and patients managed to escape from the place, which was very close to the movement of Russian forces in the area, but more than 50 innocent people, many of whom were restricted in movement or even confined to their beds, were killed. The new UN report, released over the weekend, stated that Ukrainian combatants had a large, and perhaps even, equal, share of the blame for the disaster at the Stara Krasnyaka nursing home. In military positions, the UN report states that Ukrainian soldiers have made the nursing home a legitimate target – and ostensibly facilitated the discretion of Russian soldiers operating in the region.
