BOLZANO. The provincial councilor Daniel Alfreider was acquitted today (November 15) in court in Bolzano in the process that saw him accused of the alleged violation of some urban planning and landscape regulations relating to the construction of a couple of small huts, “ciasote” in Ladin, in Colfosco.
For two huts the position had already been remedied, while it remained to analyze the situation relating to a basement, six meters by five, on which no hut was ever built.
The court acquitted Alfreider for particular tenuousness of the fact. The commissioner, defended by lawyers Karl Zeller and Carlo Bertacchi, comments: “I am happy and relieved that this affair, which was very painful for me and my family, is finally over”.
