Chennai: Chennai: Actor SV Sehgar has filed an unconditional apology in a case related to defamation of female journalists on social media. High Court Has ordered.

The Governor had regretted that a female journalist had been insulted when Purohit was the Governor of Tamil Nadu by Banwarilal. BJP actor SV Sehgar had shared information about female journalists on social networking sites. SV Sehgar filed a petition in the Chennai High Court seeking quashing of the case.

Last time the case came up for hearing, the posts posted on the social networking site on behalf of SV Sehgar were deleted and an apology was made. He was told in court that he was ready to apologize another time. The petitioner shared the opinion of a person in the United States and was immediately apologized for. Therefore, it was suggested that this case should be quashed. According to the police, SV Sehgar has not appeared for an inquiry into the matter.

The case came up for hearing today before Judge Jagadish Chandra. At the time, the petition was filed seeking an unconditional apology, claiming that the person in the United States had unfortunately shared someone’s opinion without reading it and was not ashamed to apologize for his mistake. He was also guaranteed to appear at the time required for the hearing.

Accepting this, the judge adjourned the hearing till April 18 after ordering actor SV Sehgar’s position on unconditional apology to be filed separately in all the four cases.
