São Paulo ended the first phase of the U-17 Criciúma Cup with a victory over Newell’s Old Boys-ARG. This Thursday afternoon (29), Tricolor scored 2-1 against its rival, goals scored by Well and Pedro Ferreira in a match played at CT Antenor Angeloni, in Criciúma.
Tricolor ends the initial stage of the tournament with three wins and one defeat, 13 goals scored and four conceded. Despite the competition being Sub-17, the club participates in the competition with a predominantly Sub-16 squad, as it plays the Campeonato Paulista category simultaneously.
In the semifinal, which takes place at 10 am this Friday (30), the São Paulo team will face Grêmio in a new dispute at CT Antenor Angeloni.
