New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to cancel the NEET-UG 2024 exam. Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal has also reacted to this decision. Kapil Sibal said that NTA needs to be completely changed. He said that the government cannot conduct such a big all-India examination under the current system. Sibal said that the Supreme Court has admitted that the paper has been leaked.

Kapil Sibal said that the Supreme Court has asked IIT Delhi to investigate the matter to see how these issues can be dealt with. The court has sought evidence of the extent to which the paper was leaked. Sibal said that the question is why the paper is leaked in every exam during this government.

Kapil Sibal said who is involved in this and for whose benefit is the paper leak happening. Who are the people without qualification who got the job. NTA needs to be changed completely. He said that recently we have seen an IAS officer coming into the services on the basis of a false caste certificate.
The Rajya Sabha MP said that you have to deal with the disease. The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed the petitions seeking cancellation and re-conduct of this controversial exam. Along with this, the court said that there is no material on record to show its credibility being systematically affected and other irregularities. This is an interim decision of the court and a detailed decision will be pronounced later.
