The health of children depends largely on their parents. Liver disease specialist Dr Shiv Kumar Sarin says that children inherit diseases. There are many types of liver diseases, some of which can be genetic. This means that some liver diseases can be passed on from parents to children.
Dr Shiv Sarin says that if you have bad or dirty habits, then you should not have children. The doctor said that Indians have a lot of visceral fat in their stomach and it increases with alcohol. He said that today 53 percent of liver cancer is due to alcohol.

These diseases are inherited from parents
The doctor said that if your parents have diabetes, blood pressure or obesity, any cancer or gall bladder stones, then you can inherit all these things. If any member of your family has these problems, then your risk of getting these problems increases.

Stay away from these things
Limit your intake of fast food and low-nutritional snacks, such as chips and candy. But don’t completely ban favorite snacks from your home. Instead, make them “occasional” treats so kids don’t feel deprived.
Limit sugary drinks, such as soda and fruit-flavored beverages. Serve water and low-fat milk instead.
