understand what will change in eSocial

by time news

Portal Contábeis will hold a webinar to clarify everything that will change in eSocial in relation to labor processes.

As of April 2023, companies need to communicate labor processes through eSocial. According to the updated eSocial manual, four events were created in the S-1.1 version of the program:

S-2500 – Labor lawsuit;

S-2501 – Information on taxes resulting from labor proceedings;

S-3500 – Exclusion of events – labor lawsuit;

S-5501 – Consolidated information on taxes resulting from labor lawsuits.

Companies will need to include all labor lawsuits that are final and unappealable, regardless of whether or not they have an impact on labor obligations or payments of FGTS, social security or tax contributions.

The event must be sent by the person responsible for paying the conviction, even if it is not the employer. Failure to comply with this obligation subjects the company to the risk of fines provided for by law.

To update you on the subject and obligations, Portal Contábeis invited professor and labor consultant Pollyana Tibúrcio and member of the eSocial development team, Zander Gonçalves, to participate in a webinar that takes place next Wednesday at 3 pm.

To participate, fill out the form on the side. On the day of the webinar we will send you an access link to the broadcast. Write it down on the agenda, send your question and participate.
