Tips for overcoming trauma

Jaber offered some advice on overcoming trauma, including:

– Seeking help from a doctor, because psychotherapy is the best way to overcome trauma.

– Social support helps to feel comfortable and belong by spending time with family and close friends, and joining support groups.

– Follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep, which helps improve physical and mental health.

– Practice deep breathing exercises, meditation and yoga.

– Patience, as it can take a long time to recover from trauma.
