MURATARA – The Muratara Police Satnarkoba Team arrested meth dealer named Deni Iskar (22). The resident of Musi Rawas Regency frozen while waiting for customers.

The Head of the Muratara Police, AKBP Ferly Rosa Putra through the Narcotics Unit Head, AKP Darmanson said, the arrest of the suspect was based on information from the public that in Bina Karya SP 5 Village, Karang Dapo District, Muratara Regency there would be drug transactions in a resident’s cottage.

“From this information, we and members of the Karang Dapo Police conducted reconnaissance, and at around 23.30 WIB, it turned out that there was indeed a suspicious man in the hut,” said Darmanson, Sunday (7/5/2023).

After confirming that the man had been informed by residents, the Satnarkoba team and the Karang Dapo Police carried out a raid and succeeded in securing the suspect along with evidence (BB) 1 clear plastic clip pack which was suspected of containing methamphetamine-type narcotics weighing 6.59 grams gross.

During a search of the suspect’s house, the police found 18 clear plastic clip packs suspected of containing crystal methamphetamine with a gross weight of 4.25 grams, Rp. 225,000 in cash, 3 methamphetamine suction devices and 1 small wallet. “The suspect admitted that the illicit goods belonged to him,” Darmanson concluded.

Furthermore, the suspect and evidence were brought to the Muratara Police Satresnarkoba for the legal process in force.
