Regarding taking a boat to deliver gifts even though the water level was only up to his knees, the male singer said: “When Phuc arrived at the gift-giving point, the neighborhood committee said that before Phuc left, the water level was up to his waist. Today, when Phuc left, the water level had receded to his knees.
According to the neighborhood committee, poor households live near the river. To get to the poor households’ residences from outside, one has to take a boat. It is impossible to walk and carry gifts at the same time.”
