Makkah establishes a unified platform to provide better service to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The aim is to control all related services through the platform. Terms, criteria and rates will vary depending on the services provided to the pilgrims.
International and domestic Hajj service companies are required to sign agreements through a unified platform. It is forbidden to sign contracts and provide services to foreign pilgrims without the permission of the Ministry. Do not sign contracts with iqama violators.
Companies violating the law will be fined up to 5 lakh riyals. The license will be revoked or a temporary ban will be imposed depending on the nature of the violation.
