Unilab Opens Internal call for Proposals for CAPES Pro-Equipamentos Program
The University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony (Unilab) is inviting its postgraduate programs (PPGs) to submit proposals for the CAPES Pro-Equipamentos Program. This initiative, launched by the Dean for Research and Postgraduate Studies, aims to strengthen research infrastructure within Unilab and across Brazilian society.
The Pró-Equipamentos Program, governed by Mantelli ordinance n. 347/2024, is designed to support the acquisition and modernization of equipment crucial for research activities. This funding prospect is open to public, community, and private non-profit higher education institutions and research institutes across all fields of knowledge.Unilab has been allocated a total budget of R$240,000.00 for this program. All academic PPGs within Unilab are eligible to apply as proposers, wiht the exception of professional, network, and associated ppgs. These latter programs can, however, participate as collaborators in sub-projects lead by academic PPGs.The deadline for submitting sub-project proposals is February 7th.
