Annamalai has said that the DMK is distributing cash all over Tamil Nadu, especially in Coimbatore, at the doorsteps of polling booths.

Urban local body elections are being held in Tamil Nadu today. Candidates, leaders of political parties and many important personalities went to their polling booths in the morning and registered to vote. Voting was sluggish until the afternoon. As of 1 p.m., 35.34 percent of the vote had been cast. Since then the voting has been a bit hectic.
There have been complaints of voting irregularities in a few places. The ruling party is still accused of not making money today.
In this context, BJP state president Annamalai has posted on his Twitter page that someone else had paid for Union Minister L Murugan’s hole in the Anna Nagar polling booth in Chennai.
“It is very clear to what extent government machinery is being misused. The DMK distributes cash all over Tamil Nadu, especially at the polling booths in Coimbatore. Voting has also been suspended in many places in favor of the ruling party. Union Minister L Murugan’s vote has been rigged by another person at a polling booth in Anna Nagar East, Chennai. Will the state election commissioner take action now? ”Annamalai asked.
