“When the term of a member of the House ends, his tenure as a minister also ends. When he can be re-appointed as a minister, they have to take the oath of office again. And they will be given a period of 6 months to be a member of both the Houses,” said former General Secretary of the Lok Sabha B.D.T. Achari told Indian Express.
