United Russia leads Moscow after processing 50% of protocols

After processing 50.3% of the voters’ protocols in the elections to the State Duma in Moscow, the United Russia party leads with 39.6% of the votes. In second place is the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, TASS reports, citing data from the public headquarters for observing elections in the capital.

The voting leaders were:

  1. United Russia – 39.6%;
  2. Communist Party – 20.3%;
  3. “New people” – 7.3%;
  4. LDPR – 7.2%;
  5. “Fair Russia – for the truth” – 7.2%.

Chief of Staff Alexei Venediktov said that the system also displays online voting data for single-mandate constituencies. Separate data on electronic voting in the capital has not yet been released. Mr. Venediktov said that the results are delayed due to the large number of people who voted.
