In the last and final test before the World Cup, the US team – Portugal’s opponent in Group E of the World Cup – said goodbye with a 100% victory record, in friendlies, with the supporters.
This time, the team coached by Vlatko Andonovski won, at home, by 2-0 Wales, with two goals from Trinity Rodman. The first came after an excellent play by Sophia Smith who offered a simple goal to the Washington Spirit teammate.
