Asus has introduced a new gaming monitor under its Republic of Gamers (ROG) brand: the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP. This 32-inch screen has a 4K resolution, a 240 Hz refresh rate, and an OLED panel. If you reduce the resolution to 1080p, operation at 480 Hz is even possible.
Additionally, there is a USB-C port with Power Delivery (90 watts) available to charge external devices. What’s exciting is that the Asus ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP employs a Micro-Lens Array (MLA+) to increase brightness. Because it seems to be a must-have feature these days, the marketing is also promoting AI features. However, this is basically nonsense since it refers to well-known functions, such as displaying a crosshair or improving visibility in dark areas in multiplayer shooters.
According to Asus, AI Visual automatically recognizes what is displayed on the screen and adjusts to the best standard or user-defined monitor settings. Moreover, the monitor boasts a response time of just 0.03 ms and features an integrated heatsink designed to reduce the risk of burn-in and minimize ghosting. Additionally, the PG32UCDP’s OLED panel is covered by a three-year warranty.
Asus ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP: More expensive than a 65-inch TV
The PG32UCDP can display images in various aspect ratios, allowing gamers to choose between 24.5 inches (e-Sports mode) and 27 inches. This model also supports KVM-switching. The connectivity options include DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, two HDMI 2.1 ports, USB-C with 90 watt Power Delivery, a headphone jack, and a tripod mount on the top of the monitor. The panel reportedly covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color space and achieves peak brightness of 1,300 nits in HDR mode.
You can also count on support for VRR technologies like AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, Nvidia G-Sync (compatible), and Adaptive Sync. For better ergonomics, the monitor can be tilted 15° in each direction, tilted 20° forward and -5° backward, and adjusted in height by 80 mm. There is also RGB lighting with Aura Sync available.

The Asus ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP is now available in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at a suggested retail price of €1,799.90 / CHF including VAT in specialized and online retailers as well as in the Asus webshop.
