Unni Mukundan had responded to Bala’s allegation that he was not paid for the film ‘Shefiq’s Happiness’ through a press conference. Even though Bala came to act saying he didn’t want money, Unni had made it clear that he paid Rs 2 lakh as remuneration for 20 days. Later, Unni released the documents through a Facebook post.
