Unrequired insurance and missing roadside assistance

The employee did not even check the car, even though I pointed out some signs and said that it was fine as it was. I find your behavior really incorrect and your service disappointing. I therefore hereby request a refund of the unsolicited insurance for a value of € 181.40 plus VAT. I invite you to pay me this amount as soon as possible by crediting the payment method used for the payment. In the absence of a response within 15 days of receiving this letter, I reserve the right to take legal action to protect my rights.
