The Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) announced the deadline for those affected by the Ticketmaster cancellations will be able to request their refunds.

This measure applies to those cases in which Ticketmaster cancelled without notice the tickets which correspond to dates from past years.

According to Profeco, tickets that were cancelled from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2023 by Ticketmaster will be subject to reimbursement and compensation agreed upon by the court agreement, according to the case.
