The hat of Indiana Jones, the intrepid archaeologist played by Harrison Ford, goes up for auction: the headdress worn in the film “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” (1984) is estimated at 250,000 dollars and is one of more than 1,600 Hollywood items present in the Prop Store Los Angeles’ Entertainment Memorabilia catalog, which will go on sale online from 29 June to 1 July.


Other most iconic lots at auction include the Harry Potter glasses made for Daniel Radcliffe and worn in the movie “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2” (2011) and the magic wand made for the actor for “Harry Potter. and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 “(2010).

In the sales catalog there are also props from the “Star Wars” saga films such as the R2-Shp droid and the dueling lightsabers blade wielded by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. Relics from the “Batman”, “Top Gun” and “Terminator” films will also be offered. The auction house assumes a total collection of up to 6 million dollars.
