The Uruguayan defender Edgar Elisalde is trying out for CSKA, and it is very likely that he will stay in the Boris Garden.

The 24-year-old Edgar has been a free agent since July 8, when his contract with the Argentine “Independiente” ended. Basically, he can play in the center of defense and on the left flank. Interestingly, Elisalde also had a career in Europe, but he spent it in the second and third Italian divisions with Pescara, Juve Stabia and Catanazzaro.

The good thing about him is that he also has a Spanish passport, which does not make him a foreigner in Bulgaria.

CSKA is in dire need of a central striker and at least one strong winger, but at the moment there are none and they have not signed with the team.

After the players’ union in Bulgaria demanded that the matches in our country start later, the BFS granted them the “decisive” 15 minutes, as if it would make any difference.

CSKA’s visit to Razgrad is on Sunday at 9 p.m. The hosts will have returned home on Friday from their match in the Champions League against “Dynamo” (Batumi). There was a possibility that a postponement of the match would be requested, but the people of Zagreb preferred to play it because of the poor form of their opponent.
