The House of Representatives has now sent the bill to the Senate. At the same time, two days ago, senators from the Republican Party blocked a similar bill, which suspends the government debt limit until December 16 of next year. Then the package of measures also included financing the government’s work until December 3. Now the Democrats have split the two initiatives and put the issue of public debt to a vote in the House of Representatives, without reference to government funding.
