The US continues to view the Russian Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline as a bad deal and intends to continue to oppose the project, State Department spokesman Jalina Porter said. Today, September 10, Gazprom announced the completion of the gas pipeline construction.
“We have said this before and we continue to repeat it. We consider this a bad deal and will continue to oppose this pipeline as a geopolitical project of Russia, ”said Ms. Porter during a telephone briefing (quoted by RIA Novosti).
