According to her, the proposals were made during negotiations on India’s purchase of 31 American MQ-9B reconnaissance UAVs. The deal is expected to be reviewed and approved at the upcoming meeting of the Indian government’s Defense Acquisition Council chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
