Ukraine has been at war for 150 days after Russia invaded Ukraine after it expressed interest in joining NATO.
Meanwhile, Sweden and Finland have embarked on the process of joining the NATO military alliance. Russia is protesting this move.
In this case, the United States Senate approved Sweden and Finland to join NATO today.
