US, shooting outside the Capitol in Washington: officers hit by a car

The dynamics of the incident that prompted the authorities to order the lockdwon for the area and buildings of Capitol Hill, in Washington, seems to be clearer. According to what was reported by the Capitol Police and reported by CNN, a car would have intentionally run over two officers near the barriers set up to protect the Capitol. The two officers were injured, while the driver of the car was arrested. All three were hospitalized.

The parliamentarians were ordered not to enter or leave the complex, only allowed to move between the buildings, but to stay away from windows and doors.
