At the close of trading in New York, the index lost 0.49%, while the index weakened by 0.65%, and the index fell by 0.96%.
Among the leading stocks in the index today, 3M (NYSE:) stood out, which added 1.85% or 1.91 points to its value, and its price was 105.03 at the close of trading. Meanwhile, Caterpillar (NYSE: ) added 1.41% or 4.83 points to trade at 346.75, while JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: ) added 1.35% or 2.54 points to trade at 190.51 in late trade.
The worst performer was Salesforce (NYSE: ), which closed down 3.02% or 9.16 points, and traded at a price of 294.16 at the end of the trading day. Amazon (NASDAQ: ) shed 2.42% or 4.33 points to 174.42 and Microsoft (NASDAQ: ) was down 2.07% or 8.80 points to 416.42.

Among the weakest stocks today were Jabil Circuit (NYSE:), which fell by 16.42% and ended the trading day at 123.24, Adobe Systems (NASDAQ:), which lost 13.67% to 492.46 and Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ:) , which weakened by 5.21% and closed the trading day on the stock exchange at a price of 535.98.
The best performers today in the NASDAQ index were recorded by Verb Technology (NASDAQ:), which added 215.86% to its value at a price of 0.44, Giron (NASDAQ:), which completed an increase of 92.00% and closed at a price of 3.36 and the LianBio ADR share (NASDAQ: ), which rose 83.05% to end trading at a price of 0.35.
Among the weakest stocks today were the share of C3is Inc (NASDAQ: ), which fell by 64.18% and stood at the end of the trading day at 0.03, the share of Immunoring (NASDAQ: ), which lost 34.14% to the level of 1.91 and the share of Groupon (NASDAQ: ), which weakened by -30.71% and closed the trading day on the stock exchange at a price of 12.59.

Shares of LianBio ADR (NASDAQ: ) climbed to an all-time low and completed an increase of 83.05% or 0.16 points to trade at 0.35.

The gold futures contract for April delivery lost 0.26% or 5.60 and closed at $2,161.90 per ounce.
