A Burger King employee became an internet sensation in 2022 when his daughter publicly shared how the fast food giant showed his gratitude for 27 years of work without a single day of absence. Two years later, one American dream after another is coming true for Ford.
Ford was the kind of worker any boss could want: he showed up for every shift. In time. It made the customers happy. And he was never missing! Because of his loyalty, his boss gave him a little surprise at Burger King at the airport in Las Vegas.

And it shocked the internet: In the goody bag, the burger boss put a cinema ticket, a pack of chocolates, a Starbucks cup, a key holder and pendant, two pens and two packs of sweets. A hefty bonus? Nothing!
There was enough money even for a house
