USA: Corona trouble for Sarah Palin! Ex-governor caught infected in restaurant – politics abroad

by time news

She is known for her weird, often very odd statements: US politician Sarah Palin (57). But now she’s causing trouble.

The former presidential candidate (along with John McCain in 2008) was spotted dining out in New York. The problem: she had previously tested positive for Corona several times!

This was reported by several US media on Thursday. Palin was sitting outside the restaurant on the posh Upper East Side on Wednesday, but he should actually isolate himself from other people.

The former governor of Alaska and political right-wing stimulus figure doesn’t seem to care about the Corona rules at all. A few days ago she caused dissatisfaction in New York because she ate inside a restaurant – only fully vaccinated people are allowed to do this in the big city.

But Palin does not want to be vaccinated in the future either. “Only over my dead body,” she had replied to a corresponding question.

Sarah Palin ran for the Republicans with John McCain in the 2008 United States election. What was remembered, however, was mainly her statements about how well she knew geopolitics because she could really see Russia “from the country here in Alaska”.

The pregnancy of her then underage daughter Bristol also made headlines. Palin, who also liked to refer to herself as a “pit bull with lipstick”, had high on her agenda: no sex before marriage. She is also known as a strict opponent of sex education in schools.

The 57-year-old is in New York for a civil lawsuit against the New York Times.
